Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up of individuals with proven records of successes in various fields of Endeavour. The general policy of the company is determined by the Board. Although there are five (5) Board members at present, it is expected that with continuous re-capitalization, the Board would be reconstituted to accommodate the interest of new shareholders. Profiles of the current members of the Board are as follows:

Professor Bolaji Akinyemi – Chairman
Mallam Aminu Suleiman   –  Director (Alternate to Rtd. Air Cmdr. Suleiman)
Mr. Tayo Soetan – Managing Director
Mr. Bolaji Agbabiaka – Director
Mrs. Kemi Soetan – Director

Professor Bolaji Akinyemi is the Chairman of the Board. He is an expert in International Affairs and served for several years as Director General of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs. He was also a former Minister for External Affairs. He was a visiting Professor to several Institutions in the United Kingdom and United States, including Oxford University, Cambridge University etc. He is now in private business and a member of the constitutional review committee.

Mallam aminu Suleiman (Rtd.) holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maiduguri and has an MBA degree from Bayero University; Kano. He is a former banker with Allied Bank, Stanbic Bank and has over 18 years banking experience. He is a Director of several companies and a respected financial analyst.

Mr Tayo Soetan is the Managing Director /CEO and leads the management team. He has accumulated over 25 years experience in the finance and banking sector both locally and internationally. He holds a first Degree from the University of Ibadan and an MBA Degree in Financial Management from Bryant College School of Business, U.S.A. is also an Alumni of Lagos Business School.

Mr. bolagi Agbabiaka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII). He was the MD/CEO of Murphy Shipping Limited and a Director in Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc among others.

Mrs. Kemi Soetan holds a Bachelor of Science degree (first class honours) in accounting from the University of Benin and has MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs school of business. She is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade experience in the Nigerian Banking Industry. She is the MD/CEO of Skyways Travels and Tours Limited.
